LIFT Academy is not only a result of that; we’re also part of that mold. We leverage technology in our approach to flight training, and because of that, we’ve quickly become one of the largest and successful flight and maintenance training programs in the U.S. for airline-ready aviators.

In their latest Customer Stories segment, Dell shared how we have worked to ensure workplace satisfaction by investing in mobility solutions that empower Associates to access data and applications while on-the-go.
By utilizing Dell Technologies in our LIFT Lab, our mobile flight simulator, we have no limits in the communities we’re able to educate on the opportunities that aviation has to offer– rain, snow or shine. In fact, it plays a large role into LIFT’s vision of diversifying future generations of aviators and eliminating barriers for underrepresented groups. It’s these sorts of investments- both in our people and in technology- that elevate us above the rest.
