o Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Apprenticeship Program is a paid opportunity to learn how to work hands on with aircraft! At the end of the apprenticeship, you will sit for the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certifications to become a Licensed A&P Technician. LIFT AMT Apprentices work alongside our Licensed A&P Technicians as they perform all inspections and repairs on LIFT’s Diamond Aircraft fleet.

o LIFT Academy offers two kinds of training programs, our flight training program and our aviation maintenance technician (AMT) apprenticeship program. Flight training can be done through the Republic Airways Career Pathway or through our Collegiate Partnerships.

47 airplanes, our fleet consists of 40 Diamond DA40NGs, five Diamond DA42VIs and two Diamond DA20s. All airplanes are equipped with the Garmin G1000.

LIFT Academy is owned by Republic Airways. Republic is invested in the future of aviation, training the next generation of pilots. Upon completion of the program and meeting the FAA-required hour minimums, LIFT pilots have a direct pathway to becoming a First Officer at Republic Airways.
