LIFT has partnered with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to provide students and instructors comfortable, affordable housing options ranging from shared rooms and shared apartments to single family homes to meet each individual’s unique needs. Housing packages include a full furniture package with budgeted utility allowance covering electric, gas, water, sewer, trash removal and Wi-Fi Internet. Housing options are vetted on a bi-monthly basis and can be viewed here:

Upon admission, students will receive hands-on support in navigating the housing selection process.  

*CHS anticipates publishing its summary of Housing Options every 60 days to remain current with market conditions and encourage timely housing options

• 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units available

LIFT is headquartered at the Indianapolis International Airport. Students have the opportunity to train at either of our two locations in Indianapolis (Indianapolis International Airport) or at Myrtle Beach, SC (Myrtle Beach International Airport).  

Classes start monthly. Training is year-round to accelerate your pathway to becoming a commercial airline pilot.

When you commit to LIFT’s career pathway program, you immediately earn upfront tuition assistance of $15,000 and are able to earn up to $84,000 in additional incentives, completely covering your training costs from LIFT.

At this time, our students need to be able to work in the U.S., but we may expand training to international students in the future.

In order to qualify for acceptance at LIFT, students must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license OR permit
• Have graduated from high school

In addition, we’re looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for adventure! Applicants must be able to pass an FBI background check and an FAA medical examination, including random drug and alcohol tests. Good communication skills, including the ability to speak and be clearly understood in English, as well as good motor skills are also necessary. A pilot aptitude assessment will be utilized to help determine an applicant’s suitability.
