What housing options are provided to flight instructors while training?
  • LIFT has partnered with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to provide students and instructors comfortable, affordable housing options ranging from shared rooms and shared apartments to single family homes to meet each individual’s unique needs. Housing packages include a full furniture package with budgeted utility allowance covering electric, gas, water, sewer, trash removal and Wi-Fi Internet. Housing options are vetted on a bi-monthly basis and can be viewed here:

  • Indianapolis Housing
  • Galveston Housing
  • Upon admission, students will receive hands-on support in navigating the housing selection process.  
  • *CHS anticipates publishing its summary of Housing Options every 60 days to remain current with market conditions and encourage timely housing options 
  • Preparedness for move-ins 
  • CHS will include: 
  • Full furniture package with budgeted utility allowance (varies by unit size)
  • 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units available
  • Utilities include electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash removal 
  • Wi-Fi Internet included
