Inside the Application Process Described by a LIFT Recruiter

Applying to LIFT Academy requires three things: courage to start your aviation journey, internet connection and 10 minutes of your time! Our only requirements to apply are that you are at least 17 years of age or older, you have a GED or high school diploma, you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and have a valid U.S. driver’s license. We do not require SAT or ACT scores. Visit our website and follow these three easy steps:

• Create a username and password
• Get started

If you are interested in taking things a step further and want to earn an Associate degree while in flight training, you might consider applying for our dual program with Vincennes University. You will still need to go through LIFT’s application process, but there are additional steps to take with Vincennes. We recommend only completing the Vincennes University application and not the Common Application. When applying for Vincennes, the specific major that needs to be selected is “Aviation Flight Technology 8090” with a concentration as “LIFT Academy Concentration 8094.”
