Find the Right Housing at LIFT Academy

When you want to become a Pilot, you don’t want anything getting in your way. That’s why LIFT Academy makes it easier to find the flight school housing options that are right for you. Our partnership with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) allows LIFT students to find comfortable, affordable housing in Indianapolis, Galveston or Myrtle Beach while completing their flight training program.

Shared Housing

If you’d like more of a traditional college dorm experience, LIFT offers different shared housing options through CHS. You’ll share a two or three-bedroom apartment with roommates, with shared and private bedrooms available depending on the unit.

All shared housing units come fully furnished, so you don’t have to worry about buying furniture. A monthly utility allowance pays for all utilities up to a cap. Shared housing also gives students access to roommate coordination, resident assistants (RAs) and resident life programming. Plus you can choose from different monthly pricing groups to fit your budget.

Referral Housing

The referral housing program through CHS connects students with local landlords. You provide your budget and a list of amenities you’re searching for and a housing consultant will find a list of prescreened housing options that work for you. Referral housing is perfect for students with good credit who might be moving families or pets.

Choosing the referral housing option eases the housing search process, and gives you control over the type of housing that fits your life and your needs. While CHS helps with the search, a direct lease will be established with the landlord outlining the exact amenities and access your referral housing provides.
