The Republic Airways Career Pathway Program
The Republic Airways Career Pathway Program provides students — even those with zero experience — comprehensive, affordable and accelerated flight training. Students can complete the whole program in as little as 18 months!
As a LIFT student, you begin training for a career as commercial airline pilot at Republic Airways from day one. We’re one of the only flight training programs that has a curriculum built specifically for airline training. From classroom exercises to flying our Diamond Aircraft, you will always be working toward the goal of becoming a pilot.
Once you earn your various licenses and ratings, you have the opportunity to continue building flight hours while earning money as a Certificated Flight Instructor, or CFI, with LIFT Academy. This opportunity not only provides structured time building to reach the FAA-required flight hours to become a commercial airline pilot, but also the experience and necessary skills to become a leader and great aviator.
Cape Air Partnership
If you complete your training at LIFT Academy and would prefer to gain experience not as a CFI but as a pilot, we have an option for that. We’ve partnered with Cape Air to get qualified LIFT graduates in the flight deck as a First Officer, taking passengers around the Midwest, Montana, the Northeast and the Caribbean. When you build enough hours with Cape Air, you will still enjoy a defined pathway to Republic!
Those who choose to follow the Cape Air Partnership pathway go through the same advanced training as students in the Republic Airways Career Pathway Program, but do not work as CFIs. This hands-on approach provides invaluable real-world experience as well as the opportunity to earn money.
Collegiate Partnership Program
At LIFT Academy, you don’t have to decide between earning a college degree and efficiently reaching your required flight time with a reputable flight school.
With collegiate partners such as Ivy Tech, Indiana Wesleyan University and Purdue Global, you can find the right program that meets your needs and desires.
