Celebrating 7 Years of LIFT Academy

On September 4, 2025, we celebrated 7 years since LIFT Academy® first opened its hangar doors in Indianapolis, IN. Since setting out on this journey in 2018, we have continued to transform the standards of flight training and soar to greater heights. Thank you for being a part of our journey!

Since 2018, LIFT Academy has expanded from its main campus in Indianapolis, IN to campuses in Columbus, IN, Myrtle Beach, SC and Galveston, TX, and Tuskegee, AL. We have partnered with Purdue Global University, Indiana Wesleyan University, Ivy Tech Community College and Tuskegee University to provide opportunities for our students to advance their academic career while flight training.

More than 200 LIFT℠ graduates have gone on to fly for Republic Airways. We have expanded our Diamond aircraft fleet to more than 75 DA40s, DA20s and DA42s. We have 122 CFIs teaching the next generation of LIFT students while building their flight hours, and 88 LIFT graduates are at Cape Air. As they progress towards careers at Republic, our programs are enabling them to build flight time and accumulate the necessary hours for a direct flow to Republic.

As we take off full speed ahead into our future, our accelerated flight training program will continue to ensure students achieve their dream of becoming commercial airline pilots. The sky is the limit at LIFT Academy. If you’re ready to fly, fly with LIFT.
