Women’s History Month with Krista and Madeline

This month, we asked one of our LIFT students, Krista, to sit down with a Republic First Officer, Madeline, to discuss their experiences during flight training and what Krista has to look forward to when she graduates from LIFT and moves on to the airlines!

They discussed a range of topics about aviation and their journeys to their dream careers. We found the following three subjects to be meaningful to reflect on during Women’s History Month:

2. What surprised you the most about becoming a pilot?
3. What do you or others look to gain by becoming a pilot?
